Set Up Your Elate Account
Create Your Account
Your admin account will be created by the Elate team. To set this up, you will need to provide the email address you want to use for your admin login. This email does not have to belong to an individual user. Once your account is created, you will be able to change your password.

Secure Your Account
Choosing a strong password is essential for protecting your account. According to UK Cyber Security best practices, your password should:
- Be at least 12 characters long.
- Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid common words, personal information, or predictable sequences (e.g., "123456" or "password").
- Be unique—do not reuse passwords from other accounts.
💡 Example of a strong password:J&9kLm$8x#Pq2!
(Randomised but memorable using a passphrase method)
Consider using a password manager to securely store and generate strong passwords.
