Tip:

The button to update the administration status of any scheduled medication will appear differently depending on the date:

    • Grey Plus Icon: For future scheduled medication, indicating no action is needed yet.
    • Blue Record Button: For the present day, allowing you to update the administration status.
    • Amber Exclamation Icon: For past days where no record was provided, highlighting a missed update.
    • Green Check Mark: Indicates that the administration status has been successfully recorded.

Note: You can still record the outcome of a medication for a past day if you forgot to do so. However, it is highly advisable to record the status on the present day to minimise the risk of errors or missed updates. Always aim to stay up-to-date for accurate documentation and compliance.
