Q1: How can I log in to Elate?

A: There are two primary methods to log in to Elate. You can use the link in your welcome email invitation or directly access the platform via its URL.

Q2: I received an email invitation from Elate. How do I use it to log in?

A: Open the welcome email from Elate with your username (your email address) and a temporary password. Click on the "log in here" button to redirect you to the Elate login page. From there, enter your provided details and click 'Sign in'.

Q3: What information must I use to log in with the email method?

A: You would need your email address, which acts as your username, and the temporary password provided in the welcome email.

Q4: My browser is asking to save my password. Should I do it?

A: The browser may prompt you to save the password on your first login. It's recommended to save your password only if you're using a personal device that isn't shared with others.

Q5: After logging in, what will I see?

A: The first screen you encounter after logging in is your list of clients. If no clients appear, contact your care manager to assign them to your profile. 

Q6: I didn't receive a welcome email or can't find it. How can I log in to Elate?

A: You can directly access Elate without the email link. Open a browser on your device, type "app.elateuk.com" into the address bar, and press enter. This will take you to the login screen if you still need to log in. If you've forgotten or haven’t received login details, please contact Elate support.

A: If you experience any issues while logging in, you can contact Elate’s support team for assistance or visit the Help Centre for troubleshooting resources. To access the Help Centre, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the platform, then select "Help" from the dropdown menu.
