Getting Signed Out of Elate Unexpectedly?
Q: Why do I keep getting signed out of Elate when I switch to another browser tab or window?

If they’re not working properly, Elate may sign you out unexpectedly.To resolve this issue, try clearing your browser's cookies. Here's how to do that in the most common browsers:
Google Chrome

Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner.

Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

Choose Cookies and other site data and set the Time range to “All time”.

Click Clear data.

Restart your browser and log in to Elate again.
Safari (Mac)

Click Safari in the top menu, then choose Preferences.

Go to the Privacy tab.

Click Manage Website Data.

Search for and remove data related to Elate, or click Remove All to clear all cookies.

Restart Safari and try again.
Microsoft Edge
