Q1: How do I start creating an interim support event or visit?

A: To begin with, access Elate, input your email address and password, and click "sign in."

Q2: Once logged in, how can I view my list of clients?

A: After logging in, you'll receive see a list of your clients. You can click on the clients name to see additional details about each client.

Q6: I've noticed some fields are auto-filled. Can you explain?

A: Yes, the system is designed for convenience. It automatically fills in details such as the user’s name and carer details based on the logged-in user and the selected client, ensuring a smoother and more efficient data entry process.
