Adding Support Recipients
Easily add support recipients, update their profiles, and set up essential details in Elate.
- Navigate to the Support Recipients Dashboard on the left menu pane and click Add Support Recipient.
- Fill in the recipient’s details, including name, contact information, and care needs.
- If no email is available, create one using this format:
firstname.initial@organisation.com.

- Click Submit to save the recipient’s profile.
Support Recipient Profile Overview:
- Dashboard Tab: Overview of the recipient’s activities and notifications.
- Assessment Tab: Add or update care assessments.
- Support Plan Tab: Create and manage care plans.
- Calendar Tab: View scheduled support activities.
- Medication Tab: Manage prescriptions and administration details.
- Profile Tab: Edit personal details as needed.
