Adding Support Recipients 

Easily add support recipients, update their profiles, and set up essential details in Elate.

  1. Navigate to the Support Recipients Dashboard on the left menu pane and click Add Support Recipient.
  2. Fill in the recipient’s details, including name, contact information, and care needs.
    • If no email is available, create one using this format: firstname.initial@organisation.com.
  3. Click Submit to save the recipient’s profile.

Support Recipient Profile Overview:

  • Dashboard Tab: Overview of the recipient’s activities and notifications.
  • Assessment Tab: Add or update care assessments.
  • Support Plan Tab: Create and manage care plans.
  • Calendar Tab: View scheduled support activities.
  • Medication Tab: Manage prescriptions and administration details.
  • Profile Tab: Edit personal details as needed.
